Post C-Section Exercise Phase 4

Begin Phase 4 exercises when you are comfortable and no longer need pain medication, usually the fifth week after surgery.

The following exercises are help strengthen and tone your abdominal muscles.

Please see the “Postpartum Exercises” chapter for instructions for the following recommended exercises.
