Childbirth – 4 Week

Four-week series classes include:

• Signs of pre-term contractions, labor and stages of labor
• Support measures and relaxation exercises
• Medications and medical interventions
• Hospital routines (mom and baby)
• Cesarean birth
• Postpartum period and lifestyle adjustment
• Virtual Tours of PVH and MCR are included in this series
• Breastfeeding curriculum is also  included in this series.

CLASS FEE IS $120 (This includes enrollment for the birthing person and 1 support person)

PLEASE NOTE:  There are Express Childbirth Classes also available if the 4 week series options are FULL.  The only difference with the curriculum difference is that the Express Classes do not include the Breastfeeding information, however a separate Breastfeeding class is available to supplement these classes.
