Prenatal Yoga

Nurture yourself and your growing baby. Learn basic breathing techniques and poses that are especially beneficial during pregnancy. The yoga class will include guided relaxation and discussion to encourage open-minded, positive approach to pregnancy and birth. Modifications, props, adjustments and alternative poses are also offered for your comfort throughout pregnancy. The instructor is a certified yoga teacher and specializes in prenatal yoga.  This class is for pregnant participants only.
