POSTPARTUM COUPLES GROUP
Becoming a parent can bring unexpected emotional, relational, and personal challenges—more than you may have ever imagined. Whether you or your partner is experiencing postpartum depression, anxiety, or just difficulty adjusting to life as a new parent, this group is here to offer support, understanding, and growth.
This group is for couples who may be:
- Feeling overwhelmed or disconnected after having a baby
- Navigating postpartum mental health challenges—personally or in their partner
- Struggling with changes in identity, guilt or shame around work decisions, or relationship tension
- Facing increased stress or conflict with extended family or friends
- Wanting to understand your baby’s development and how it affects your emotional world as a parent
In this 3-week cohort, we will explore:
- Somatic, cognitive, and communication-based tools to manage distress and increase connection
- Psychoeducation about infant development, regression, and how this impacts parental stress and anxiety
- Strategies for navigating conflict, building resilience, and supporting each other in the most tender, exhausting, and beautiful of times
This is not just a support group—it’s a space for you to grow stronger together. You’ll leave with practical tools, deeper understanding, and a renewed sense of connection.
