Dr. Cassandra J Balon received her undergraduate degree in Microbiology and Cell Science at the University of Florida. She then received her medical degree at Florida Atlantic University before finishing her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, NC. She has interests in minimally invasive gynecological surgery and is a member of the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopy. In her free time, Dr. Balon enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs, hiking, skiing, playing tennis and watching college football (Go Gators!).
