Jennifer Reeve
MD
Loveland
I’m a Colorado native, born and raised in Greeley. I’ve been in private practice since Aug 2011. When I started medical school I never thought I’d become an OB/GYN and was surprised to learn how much I loved the specialty once I experienced my OB rotation. Now I can’t imagine doing anything else!
As an OB/GYN, I’m able to get to know my patients and to care for them throughout the many stages of their lives. I feel honored to be part of my patients’ pregnancies and deliveries, which I know is such a significant and unique time in a family’s life. In addition, I am able to use my skills in the OR as a surgeon to address multiple GYN issues, which I find deeply fulfilling.
I’m passionate about women’s health and wanted to be involved in serving this community in more than one role. I have served as the the Medical Director for the North division of UC Health’s SANE program which provides forensic exams, evidence collection and resources for victims of sexual assault. I have also served as the Medical Director for the Poudre Valley Prenatal Care Program. This is a service of the Family Medicine Residency Program at PVH which provides complete pre- and post-pregnancy care for low-income women, especially those with high-risk pregnancies in Northern Colorado.
I did my residency at Ohio State University and, while it was a great learning experience, I was very happy to get back to Colorado! My family, which is immensely important to me, all live in Fort Collins. I enjoy spending time outdoors, especially in the mountains, and love to travel and experience different cultures.
I am a certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. I practice primarily out of our Loveland office.
