Jennifer Stockburger
MD
Fort Collins
I was raised in Evansville, Indiana and graduated from Indiana University Bloomington with a Bachelor of Science and a love for college basketball (Go Hoosiers!). I completed medical school and residency training at Washington University in St. Louis, where I met my husband, a Ft. Collins native. I worked as an ObGyn hospitalist in Indiana before making the move to the mountain west. I am certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
From the beginning of my medical training, I knew I wanted to pursue a career in women’s health. I worked in contraceptive research and became passionate about empowering women through their own healthcare decisions. I appreciate that ObGyn providers have the unique privilege of caring for women throughout their lives and helping them build their families. I am passionate about contraception, comprehensive obstetric care, and minimally-invasive gynecologic surgery.
Outside of work, I enjoy trail running, cycling, skiing, and gardening. I ran my first Boston Marathon in 2019 thanks to training with a double stroller and chasing my twin toddlers around. I love spending time with my husband, our twins, and our two Australian shepherds. We are excited to call Colorado home!
