Katie Piccolo,

Katie graduated with a degree in Social Work from Hope College in Holland, Michigan and worked in the field for over fifteen years. In January of 2015, she decided to pursue her true passion of supporting families in their birthing journey. Katie is a Certified Labor Doula and a Hypnobabies Certified Childbirth Hypnosis Instructor.
Katie enjoys serving as the Educational Chair for the Northern Colorado Doula Association. She loves keeping up on the most recent evidence-based information regarding pregnancy and birth. Katie is constantly learning and passing on this knowledge to all the families she works with. Katie truly believes it is always an honor to support a family during this very special time!
When Katie is not attending births or teaching, she is busy raising three amazing daughters. She has a supportive husband who played a huge role in encouraging her to pursue her dream of becoming a doula and an educator. Katie feels so lucky to have the opportunity to serve in Northern Colorado and surrounding areas as a doula as well as working as an educator at the Women’s Clinic of Northern Colorado, teaching Hypnobabies. www.hypnobabies.com
