This gentle yoga practice is designed to stretch mind and body through poses and breath work. These classes offer a combination of basic, strengthening and restorative postures, with emphasis on the breath. Classes are intended to increase mindfulness, relaxation and inner balance. Women of all ages, stages and yoga levels are welcome. (*not only clinic patients) Modifications and props are provided.
