Nurture yourself and your growing baby. Learn basic breathing techniques and poses that are especially beneficial during pregnancy. The yoga class will include guided relaxation and discussion to encourage open-minded, positive approach to pregnancy and birth. Modifications, props, adjustments and alternative poses are also offered for your comfort throughout pregnancy. The instructor is a certified yoga teacher and specializes in prenatal yoga.
