Mom and Baby Yoga

    Forty-five minute gentle yoga for new moms and babies (ages 2 weeks to crawling). This class is designed to support mom’s healing postpartum body while engaging with and promoting babies basic motor functions and sensory development. Gently tone abdominal muscles and the pelvic floor. Relieve tight neck, shoulder and back muscles. Slowly increase strength, endurance, flexibility and stability. Learn breathing techniques for reducing stress and fatigue. Cesarean delivery moms should wait at least 6-8 weeks before attending classes.
